THERAPY FOR ANXIETY, EATING DISORDERS, LIFE TRANSITIONS, MOTHERHOOD AND POSTPARTUM CHALLENGES IN NEW JERSEY

If you’ve been feeling stretched thin, questioning if you’re doing enough, or struggling with overwhelm, you’re not alone. We’re here to help you quiet the noise, release the comparisons, and begin to feel rooted in who you are again.

   Does this sound familiar?

  • Even when things look “fine” on the outside, your nervous system may feel like it’s always running in the background.

Your mind rarely gets a break, and even small tasks can feel heavy or urgent.

You may feel tired but wired, stretched thin, and unsure how to slow down without everything falling apart. It can feel like there are endless tabs open in your mind—nothing ever fully closed out—because there’s always another task waiting.

Whether it’s motherhood, work, or everyday life, it never feels like there’s enough time to catch up.

  • You replay conversations, moments, and decisions—wondering if you said the right thing or did enough.

No matter how much effort you put in, it never quite feels like it measures up.

The bar keeps moving, leaving you with the constant feeling that you’re falling short, even when you’re giving everything you have.

  • The worry can feel like a merry-go-round that never stops.

Your thoughts jump ahead to what could go wrong, scanning for problems before they happen.

Quiet moments don’t feel restful—they give your mind more space to spiral.

You may feel stuck in your head, unable to turn the volume down, even when you’re desperate for relief.

Your thoughts jump ahead to what could go wrong, scanning for problems before they happen.

Quiet moments don’t feel restful—they give your mind more space to spiral.

You may feel stuck in your head, unable to turn the volume down, even when you’re desperate for relief.

  • You notice what everyone else seems to be doing “right,” and it quietly reinforces the belief that you’re behind—or somehow failing.

Comparison fuels a cycle of pressure and self-doubt, where you’re constantly trying to do more, be better, and get it right, yet never feeling like it’s enough.

And social media only makes it worse—there’s always someone else to measure yourself against, and the comparison never truly ends.

THEN YOU’RE IN THE RIGHT PLACE.
