Individual Therapy for Teens

The teen years can be filled with big emotions, changing friendships, and pressure from every direction.

Therapy gives teens a space to talk freely, feel understood, and build healthy coping tools to manage stress, anxiety, and self-doubt. My approach is warm, collaborative, and focused on helping teens strengthen self-awareness and resilience.

Therapy for Eating Disorders

Struggling with food or body image can feel all-consuming, exhausting, and isolating—it can be hard to imagine things ever feeling different. Many people carry this struggle quietly, believing they should be able to “fix it” on their own, but that isn’t the case.

Eating disorder therapy offers a compassionate space to explore your relationship with food, body, and self-worth while learning new ways to cope and care for yourself. Together, we’ll slow things down and gently explore what’s happening beneath the behaviors, working toward a more trusting relationship with your body, softened self-criticism, and skills that support healing at a pace that feels safe for you.

Maternal & Postpartum Support

Motherhood is beautiful. But it can also feel overwhelming, lonely, and full of unspoken pressure.

Therapy offers a space where you can be honest about the highs and lows of motherhood, process anxiety or postpartum depression, and release the weight of comparison and guilt. Together, we’ll help you find your footing, your calm, and your confidence again.

Therapy for Fertility Challenges

The journey to growing your family can bring both hope and heartbreak.

Fertility and IVF support therapy provides a compassionate space to process the emotional ups and downs, grief, and uncertainty that come with infertility and treatment. You don’t have to carry it alone. We’ll work together to strengthen your resilience and find moments of calm, clarity, and connection along the way.

EMDR Therapy

If past experiences still feel present or you find yourself stuck in painful patterns, EMDR can help you move forward.

Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) is a gentle, evidence-based approach that helps your brain process trauma and distressing memories. This work supports deep emotional healing—allowing you to feel lighter, safer, and more at peace in your daily life.

TREATMENT MODALITIES

  • CBT helps you understand how your thoughts, emotions, and behaviors are connected. Together, we’ll identify unhelpful thinking patterns, reframe self-critical thoughts, and build practical coping tools to help you feel calmer, more balanced, and in control of your emotions.

  • DBT teaches skills to manage intense emotions, improve relationships, and find balance between acceptance and change. In therapy, you’ll learn mindfulness, distress tolerance, and communication tools that help you respond to life’s challenges with more calm and confidence.

  • EMDR is a gentle, evidence-based approach that helps the brain process trauma and distressing experiences so they no longer feel as overwhelming. It’s often used to treat anxiety, PTSD, and difficult memories—helping you heal deeply and feel more grounded in the present.
