A Space to Reconnect, Reflect & Heal

Therapy offers time and space that’s just for you.

Together, we’ll explore the roots of your anxiety or low mood, increase awareness around unhelpful patterns, and build supportive tools that help you feel more grounded, present, and aligned with yourself.

Therapy For Anxiety

Anxiety often shows up as constant overthinking, excessive worry, panic, fear of losing control, difficulty relaxing, disrupted sleep, or a persistent sense of being “on edge.” It can affect your relationships, your confidence, and your ability to feel present in your life.

In therapy, we work together to better understand how anxiety operates in your mind and body — including the thoughts, beliefs, and patterns that keep it going. Through a personalized and collaborative approach, you’ll learn practical tools to calm your nervous system, challenge unhelpful thought patterns, and regain a sense of steadiness and control.

The goal isn’t to eliminate anxiety entirely, but to reduce its power and help you respond to it with greater clarity and confidence.

Therapy For Depression

Depression can feel heavy, isolating, and deeply discouraging. You may notice low motivation, persistent sadness, emotional numbness, irritability, changes in sleep or appetite, difficulty concentrating, or a loss of interest in things that once brought you joy. For some women, depression develops gradually; for others, it’s connected to a specific life event, loss, or transition.

Therapy offers a space to slow down, feel understood, and begin rebuilding hope. Together, we explore the emotional, relational, and life factors contributing to your experience, while gently working toward more balanced thinking, increased self-compassion, and meaningful reconnection with yourself and your life. Healing happens at your pace, with support every step of the way.

HOW THERAPY CAN HELP

Through a warm, collaborative approach using CBT, DBT, and mindfulness-based strategies, you’ll learn practical ways to manage anxiety, navigate transitions, and strengthen your sense of self.

Therapy isn’t just about coping—it’s about reconnecting with your calm, confident, and capable self.
