Do you take insurance?
We do not accept any insurance at this time. We are an out of network provider. We will provide you with a statement to submit to your insurance company for reimbursement through your out of network benefits. We encourage all of our clients to reach out ot their insurance carriers to get a better understanding of their benefits
Hours set aside for you are not easily filled when they are canceled on short notice. You are financially responsible for any appointments that are forgotten or not canceled with at least 24 hour notice. If you must cancel with shortened notice and are able to reschedule within the same week, you will not be charged or billed for the canceled session.
